Heather Pfender is an Administrative Assistant to Becky Goodman, Jay Freidman and Mel Hakan. Heather has been with the company since 2003 and is responsible for assisting her agents in the development and leasing of retail properties, tenant representation and sale and acquisition of investment real estate.

Heather graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. She has a background in the financial and retail industries.

Heather and her husband of 16 years, Rod, live in the Northland with their two boys, Jacob and Jackson. She is actively involved in her children's sporting activities and the Northview Elementary PTA. In her spare time, Heather enjoys reading and spending time at the Lake of the Ozarks, which is where she grew up.
