Becky Goodman, CCIM is a key member of the Block team, specializing in the development and brokerage of retail properties. After stints at other prestigious commercial real estate companies, Becky started her very successful career with Block & Company in 1998.

Becky is a graduate of the University of Kansas. After a varied career path including owner of her own travel agency and teaching Elementary School, Becky joined the real estate field where she quickly made her mark, being recognized with the prestigious "Commercial Rookie of the Year Award" by the Metropolitan Board of Realtors. Becky has also been recognized with multi-year membership in the group's Million Dollar Plus Sales Club, being awarded with a "Top 3" Broker's award for numerous years including the Number One Commercial Retail Broker spot in 2002. Additionally, Becky is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is involved in other real estate organizations.

Becky has been involved in the development, leasing and build to suit of shopping centers, restaurants and general income producing investment properties on the Kansas City Metro and surrounding areas. In this capacity, she has been instrumental in bringing many new retailers into these markets. She is currently involved in the development of power centers in Liberty, Blue Springs, and Raytown, Missouri and Olathe and Kansas City, Kansas totaling approximately 2,750,000 sq ft as well as working on several other retail projects in this area.
