Block & Company Welcomes Shawn Stucky & Piers Pener

Shawn Stuckey joins Block & Company as a Sales Associate. His focus is in the sale and leasing of retail and restaurant properties together with landlord and tenant representation.

Prior to joining Block & Company, Shawn spent the past 20 years doing executive level business development in the technology sector. In his most recent position as an Area Sales Manager at Panasonic, he specialized in Corporate and Higher Education AV integration with annual sales exceeding 8 million. Shawn also brings a very strong background in Restaurant management and ownership, as he developed and managed Two Kansas City based restaurants from inception to sale with revenue topping 3.2 million.

Shawn holds a real estate license in Missouri and is a current member of the National Association of Realtors, the Missouri Association of Realtors, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Retail Brokers Network.

Piers Pener joins Block & Company as a Property Manager. A native of Kansas City, Piers attended Pembroke Hill High School and graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.

He is involved in the Johnson County Ducks Unlimited and Pheasants Forever organizations and in his free time you can find him enjoying the outdoors including hunting, fishing, hiking and playing golf.
