Block & Company brings Mattress Firm, OshKosh B'Gosh, & Carter's to Wilshire Plaza in Liberty/Kansas City, MO

Block & Company, Inc., Realtors recently leased the former Party City building located on the northwest quadrant of I-35 & 152 Highway in Liberty/Kansas City, Missouri to Mattress Firm, Carter's Retail, and OshKosh B'gosh.

The former 8,800 square foot building was expanded by an approximately 3,000 square foot addition and was converted to an 11,800 square foot building with Mattress Firm occupying 4,425 square feet, Carter's Retail occupying 4,381 square feet, and OshKosh B'gosh occupying 3,010 square feet.

The new tenants are located at 8450 - 8500 N. Church Road in the 600,000 square foot Wilshire Plaza Shopping Center, a Block & Company, Inc., Realtors development center, just southeast of the Liberty Triangle in a super regional commercial area. The intersection is home to over one million square feet of traffic generators including Kohl's, JC Penney, Home Depot, Walmart Supercenter, Super Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Best Buy, Sam's Club, Lowes, Dick's Sporting Goods, HyVee, TJ Maxx, and many others.
