Block & Company sells Sutherlands Lumber & Walmart Supercenter shadow anchored center in El Dorado, KS

On January 4, 2017, Block & Company, Inc., Realtors sold a 20,000 square-foot strip center in El Dorado, Kansas - a suburb of Wichita, Kansas for in excess of $1.2 million. The 90% occupied Sutherlands Lumber shadow anchored center is located at 2710 W. Central Avenue and includes tenants such as Hibbett Sports, Radio Shack, Snip 'n Clip, and more, and is located across the street from a Walmart Supercenter.

David M. Block and Max DiCarlo of Block & Company, Inc., Realtors and Jon David Christie of Christie Development Associaties, LLC represented the seller, Bloomfield 2005 LLC and Metcalf Arlington SPE LLC. Block & Company, Inc., Realtors was also the management company for the shopping center.

This will be Block & Company's 8th shopping center sale in the past 24 months of the original 13 center portfolio assignment. Block & Company, Inc., Realtors recently sold seven other centers in Chanute, KS, Decatur, IL, Owosso, MI, Huntington, IN, Jacksonville, IL, Mansfield, OH, and Stugis, MI on behalf of the same ownership group and is currently listing the remaining five Walmart Supercenter Shadow Anchored centers for sale in five states throughout the Midwest.
