Block & Company ignites new activity at Village of Seville Shopping Center in Leawood, Kansas

On January 4, 2017, Block & Company, Inc., Realtors - representing the property owners - sold 2.06 acres in Village of Seville shopping center located at 133rd & State Line Road in Leawood, Kansas. The land was purchased by an undisclosed buyer and will be used to build a 16,400 square foot new medical facility. This purchase, along with recent opening of Anytime Fitness at Village of Seville, are Block & Company, Inc., Realtors first announcements regarding new tenants in the shopping center. Block & Company is also working with two new restaurants located on pad sites next to the new medical building further igniting new activity in the development.
