Block & Company, Inc., Realtors sells two QuikTrips in the Greater Kansas City Metro Area

Block & Company, Inc., Realtors recently sold two 3,200 square foot QuikTrip convenience stores to an undisclosed buyer for a combined price of over $2 million. The stores are located at 1500 S. 7 Highway in Blue Springs, Missouri and 11915 Johnson Drive in Shawnee, Kansas.



Block & Company, Inc., Realtors has been a longtime developer/broker for the QuikTrip Corporation since they entered the Kansas City Metro Area in the late 1960's. Over the years, Block & Company has continued to represent QuikTrip through assignment, and assist them with the development, disposition, and expansion of properties throughout the Kansas City Market and the region.
