Orscheln Farm & Home recently purchased a 90,348 square-foot building at 137 Belt Highway in St. Joseph, Missouri for $3,600,000. The new location is part of a shopping center known as Heartland Health Business Plaza which includes Hy-Vee; St. Joe's number one volume grocery store, Shoe Carnival, Fashion Bug, Sally Beauty, Rib Crib, and more.



Tony DeTommaso and Mark McConahay of Block & Company, Inc., Realtors represented the seller Heartland Health Business Plaza, LLC. "We talked to Nick Orscheln several times about this opportunity because we were convinced this site was the right fit for his company," said Tony DeTommaso of Block & Company.
