Block & Company, Inc., Realtors, a Kansas City based Full Service Commercial Real Estate Company, started strong in 2019 with three retail shopping center acquisitions in January totalling $22 million. These three high profile shopping centers were acquired by three different Block & Company, Inc., Realtors headed investment groups from three different sellers and are located in major growth areas of the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan Area, including Liberty, Missouri; Lee's Summit, Missouri; and Lenexa, Kansas. Two of the shopping centers are currently 100% leased and all three centers have long term upside potential.
