Ingredient is opening a new restaurant on the Country Club Plaza. Ingredient Plaza, LLC, leased the 5,043 sq ft former Meiners Grocery Store space located at 4807 Jeff erson Street in Kansas City, Missouri from Highwoods Properties. Block & Company agents Mark McConahay and David Block represented the Lessee.
