The Skelly Building, located at 605 W. 47th Street in Kansas City, MO, is excited to welcome its newest tenant, Kirkendall Dwyer LLP & Law Tigers to Suite 208 on the second floor. The 1,474 square foot office space is primely located in the heart of the world famous Country Club Plaza.
The newly signed lease brings the
Skelly Building occupancy to 97%, other building tenants include, Panera Bread, Bo Lings Chinese Restaurant, Footlocker, Roth Living, McDowell Rice Smith & Buchanan, House Park & Dobratz, Block & Company, Inc., Realtors, and MegaStar Financial.
