Letter from President David M. Block

This quarter's newsletter is certainly different from our typical updates and hopefully the last of its kind. 2020 got off to a fantastic start until the COVID-19 pandemic quickly spread across the nation. This virus has created a very serious health situation for everyone worldwide and has impacted nearly all sectors of business.

I'm very happy with the job our staff and brokerage have done while working remotely and safely at home. While everything is temporarily different, business has continued to operate very efficiently and as normal as possible during this challenging time. I cannot put into words how appreciative I am of everyone at Block & Company and the hard work they've put in.

I can assure our investors and partners that their real estate investments remain in good and secure hands. I"m confident that once COVID-19 passes, our economy will make a roaring comeback.

I wish everyone who is able to read this newsletter to remain in good health and to practice social distancing as much as possible until we get past this. I'd also like to thank our city's first responders for the incredible work they do that often gets forgotten.
