An Auto Zone is to be constructed in front of the Sunfresh anchored New Mark Shopping Center. Approximately 40,000 sq ft of land located at 102nd Street & North Oak Traffi cway in Kansas City, Missouri was sold by Metcalf 91 New Mark, LLC; Penn Park, LLC; and New Mark Center Associates, LLC, to Zone Equities, LLC. Block & Compny agents Matt Stabler and Jody Minder represented the Sellers.
