Famous Footwear adds a new location in Blue Springs

Famous Footwear also plans to add a 5,940 sq ft location in the Adams Dairy Landing development at the SEC of I-70 and Adams Dairy Parkway in Blue Springs, Missouri. The Lessee was Brown Retail Group d.b.a. Famous Footwear. Block & Company agents Becky Goodman and David Block represented the Lessor, Blue Springs Development Three, Inc.
