GenX Clothing Store adds new Location

Block & Company, Inc., Realtors announces the lease of a 23,790 square foot space to GenX Clothing in The Landing Shopping Center located at the SEC of 63rd Street & Troost Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri.

This is GenX Clothing's third location in the Kansas City area. They renovated the space and had their grand opening earlier this summer. GenX has 41 stores nationwide where they specialize in the retail sale of urban casual clothing.

The Landing opened in the early 1960's as Kansas City's first indoor mall. With the addition of GenX, the 220,000 square foot shopping center is now operating at 100% occupancy. "It's an achievement we're pretty proud of," said David Block, principal of Block & Company Inc., Realtors.

At The Landing, GenX will join other retailers such as Pener's Menswear, Footlocker, Rainbow Fashion, Simply Fashion, Lutfi's Fried Fish, and many others.

Block & Company has been responsible for the leasing and management at The Landing for the last 20 years. Block & Company agent Darren Siegel represented the Landlord, Landing Venture Associates.
