Block & Co. brings two new Ingredient locations to Kansas City

Ingredient will open two new restaurant locations in the Kansas City area. Ingredient will open for business on Monday, October 26, 2009 in Town Pavilion at 12th & Main Street. This 5,600 sq ft restaurant will be located in the former Mango Room space on the first floor of the 34-story mixed-use office and retail complex where they will join shops and eateries such as Planet Sub, KFC/Pizza Hut, Kinko's, Scooter's Coffeehouse, and Bank Midwest. This Downtown Kansas City, Missouri location also services the Power & Light District.

In mid-January 2010 Ingredient will be opening another restaurant at 4807 Jefferson Street on the Country Club Plaza. This 5,034 sq ft location is currently under construction and will join more than 150 shops and dozens of restaurants in this historic shopping district.

Ingredient operates as a fast-casual restaurant with menu options including customizable salads, brick-oven pizzas, sandwiches, wraps, and fresh soups daily. They have locations in Leawood and
Lawrence, Kansas and Columbia, Missouri.

Founder/owner Steve Kerner says Ingredient is planning to expand elsewhere in the Kansas City area in the near future. Block & Company, Inc., Realtors exclusively represents Ingredient in the Kansas City Metropolitan area. Agents Mark McConahay and David Block negotiated both transactions.
