Noodles & Company and America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses to open in Lee's Summit

Block & Company, Inc., Realtors announces Noodles & Company and America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses to open in their 7,000 square foot retail building located in the front of Summit Fair Shopping Center at Chipman Road & NW Blue Parkway in Lee's Summit, Missouri.

Noodles & Company signed a 10 year lease to occupy the 2,500 square foot western end cap of the 7,000 square foot retail building. The restaurant, with over 240 locations nationwide, is scheduled to open in mid-February and will serve noodles, soups, and salads inspired from around the world. Steve Gasperi of Block & Company, Inc., Realtors exclusively represents Noodles & Company in Kansas and Missouri.

America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses is also scheduled to open in mid-February. The company signed a 5 year lease to occupy the approximately 3,100 square foot eastern end cap of the 7,000 square foot retail building.

Construction management and leasing for the site is handled by Block & Company, Inc., Realtors. Approximately 1,400 square feet is now available for lease in the retail building along side Noodles & Company and AmericaÕs Best Contacts & Eyeglasses.
