Noodles & Company to open in Prairie Village

Block & Company, Inc., Realtors is proud to announce that Noodles & Company will be opening their seventh restaurant in the Kansas City Metropolitan area. The new 2,500 square foot restaurant will be located at 7600 State Line in Prairie Village, Kansas and is estimated to open in mid-September of this year. The new Prairie Village location will take the former Reece & Nichols office space which is currently being converted into restaurant space by Zipco Construction.

Steve Gasperi of Block & Company, Inc., Realtors, who exclusively represents Noodles & Company in Kansas and Missouri negotiated the lease transaction. Westwood Financial is the landlord.

Noodles & Company is a quick-casual restaurant serving Asian, Mediterranean, and American inspired noodle dishes, soups and salads. The menu is broadly appealing and offers something for everyone from kids to adults. All of the food is prepared fresh, made to order and served fast on real china with real silverware. Since opening their first restaurant in 1995, the company has focused on creating a dining experience they can be proud of.

Today the Noodles & Company has more than 240 restaurants nationwide and is still expanding. "Noodles & Company is still looking to open 14 more restaurants in Kansas and Missouri in the next 3 years," says Steve Gasperi of Block & Company, Inc., Realtors.
