Two new Noodles & Company locations in major Kansas City malls

Block & Company, Inc., Realtors is proud to announce that Noodles & Company will open two more restaurant locations Kansas City Metropolitan area.

The first opened last week and is located at the north entrance of Independence Center Mall at 2140 Independence Center Drive in Independence, Missouri. The 2,843 square foot restaurant faces north by the mall's 39th Street entrance. Simon Properties was the landlord in this lease transaction.

The second Noodles & Company location is located in Oak Park Mall at 95th Street & Quivira Road in Overland Park, Kansas. The 2,500 square foot restaurant is currently under construction and is scheduled to open before Thanksgiving. Noodles & Company will be joined by the American Girl store and Five Guys Burgers & Fries in the former Rainforest Cafe space. CBL & Associate Properties was the landlord in this lease transaction.

Noodles & Company is a quick-casual restaurant serving Asian, Mediterranean, and American inspired noodle dishes, soups and salads. The menu is broadly appealing and off ers something for everyone from kids to adults. All of the food is prepared fresh, made to order and served fast on real china with real silverware. Since opening their first restaurant in 1995, the company has focused on creating a dining experience they can be proud of.
