Block & Company's newly constructed retail building at Summit Fair reaches 100% occupancy

Block & Company, Inc., Realtors is proud to announce that the newly constructed retail pad building located in Summit Fair Shopping Center has reached 100% occupancy with the
recent addition of T-Mobile.
T-Mobile will join Noodles & Company and AmericaÍs Best Contacts & Eyeglasses in the 7,000 square foot building that sits on the NEC of Chipman Road & Blue Parkway in LeeÍs Summit, Missouri.
David M. Block and Becky Goodman of Block & Company, Inc., Realtors negotiated the leasing for the building on behalf of the landlord, Summit Northridge LLC. Block & Company Construction was responsible for the construction management of the building.
Block & Company is currently constructing an 8,000 square foot retail building adjacent to this site in Summit Fair Shopping Center.
