Block & Company, Inc., Realtors sells prime corner property of former Bannister Mall in Kansas City, MO

Block & Company, Inc., Realtors recently sold the 6,971 square foot building on 2 acres of land located on the NEC of I-435 & Bannister Road in Kansas City, Missouri. The building, previously a Bennigan's restaurant and most recently Golddiggers Restaurant & Bar, will be redeveloped as a mixed-use property. The property is located just south of the former Bannister Mall and on the same intersection with Home Depot and the new South Patrol Police Station which is currently under construction.
