Two New Auto Dealerships join Toyota at Merriam Pointe

Block & Company, Inc., Realtors is proud to announce two new car dealerships will be joining the currently under construction 12 acre Toyota dealership at the Merriam Pointe development located at I-35 & 67th Street in Merriam, Kansas.

The Lexus automotive dealership recently purchased 7 acres of land and Merriam Auto Mall Developers, LLC purchased the remaining 5 acres of land at the new Merriam Pointe Auto Mall Development.

The 24 acre development, located on the last undeveloped intersection off I-35 in this area, will now be home to three state-of-the-art automotive dealerships.

The Merriam Pointe developers are excited to see this project come to completion after years of redevelopment plans.

David Block of Block & Company, Inc., Realtors represented the seller, Merriam Investors LLC in the sales of all three sites.

Mark McConahay of Block & Company, Inc., Realtors also represented the seller, Merriam Investors LLC and Jeff Clayton of JMC Realty represented the buyer, Merriam Auto Mall Developers, LLC in the sale of the 3rd site.

All three sites are currently under construction.
