Block & Company selected as exclusive leasing agents for 1.1 million Sq Ft Corbin Park Retail Center

Block & Company, Inc., Realtors, headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri, is proud to announce they are now the new exclusive leasing and marketing company for the 1.1 million square-foot Corbin Park retail center located at intersection 135th Street & Metcalf Avenue in Overland Park, Kansas.

The center is anchored by Von Maur, JC Penney, Lifetime Fitness, a proposed new Sprouts Farmers Market, and a 220,000 square-foot proposed anchor tenant soon to be announced. Other tenants include Buffalo Wild Wings, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Commerce Bank, Valley View Bank, Jared Jewelers, Men's Warehouse, Backwoods Apparel, The Tan Club, and Bruegger's Bagels.

Corbin Park is projected to be one of the major retail destination shopping centers in the Greater Kansas City area.

Currently big box, junior box, and small shop space is available for lease. Pad sites surrounding the center are also available.
