Block & Co.'s Rob Epstein Achieves IREM Milestone

Block & Company, Inc., Realtors proudly recognizes Rob
Epstein who recently received his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

"The CPM designation can demonstrate your expertise and integrity to those who matter most-employees, owners and investors," according to IREM. "CPM members are recognized as experts in real estate management and they are at the top of the profession."

Rob Epstein began his career in commercial real estate in 1981 and has been involved in property management, leasing and redevelopment working with corporate real estate, private investors and Real Estate Investment Trusts.

During his 14-year career at Block & Company, Inc., Realtors, Rob has managed over three million square feet of commercial property throughout the Kansas City Metropolitan area, including numerous large portfolio shopping centers such as The Plaza at the Speedway in Kansas City, Kansas and the Shoal Creek Developments in Liberty, Missouri.
