Block & Company, Inc., Realtors sells a Walmart Supercenter shadow anchored center in Huntington, IN

Block & Company, Inc., Realtors recently sold a 12,841 square-foot retail strip center in Huntington, Indiana. The Walmart Supercenter shadow anchored center is located at 234 Havenstein Road and is centered in the area's primary retail corridor, off 24 Highway and just west of I-69. The buyers, out of Huntington, IN were represented by BND Commercial.

The seller was a Block & Company, Inc., Realtors investment group including two partnerships, Bloomfield 2005, LLC and Metcalf Arlington SPE, LLC.

David M. Block and Max DiCarlo of Block & Company, Inc., Realtors represented the seller along with Al Stovall of NAI Harding Dahm.
