Block & Company, Inc., Realtors announces sale of State Line Commons shopping center in Kansas City, MO

Block & Company, Inc., Realtors is proud to announce the recent purchase of State Line Commons shopping center by State Line Investors LLC, a group of local real estate investors put together by Block & Company, Inc., Realtors. Located on the northeast corner of 81st Street & State Line Road in Kansas City, MO, the 100% occupied center is currently home to Subway, AT&T, T Loft, and four other retailers, this center also shares parking with a new QuikTrip next door.

Block & Company, Inc., Realtors will now handle the leasing and management of State Line Commons. The company also
handles the leasing and management of five other shopping centers along the busy State Line Road corridor.

The 13,710 square-foot shopping center was purchased for over $2 million. David M. Block and Phil Peck of Block & Company, Inc., Realtors represented the buyer in the purchase of State Line Commons and were the only agents in the sale transaction.
