Block & Company, Inc., Realtors announces sale of two buildings in Westport in Kansas City

Block & Company, Inc., Realtors is proud to announce the recent sale of two buildings near Kansas City's Westport entertainment district.

The first property located at 3947 Broadway in Kansas City, MO is home to DaVita Dialysis. The 7,672 square-foot building was purchased as a net leased investment for $2,200,000 by 5265 Vance LLC. Max Kosoglad of Block & Company, Inc., Realtors represented the seller, UC1 LLC.

The second property is located at 1913-1915 W. 43rd Avenue in Kansas City, KS . The two buildings totalling 8,500 +/- square-feet were purchased for $400,000 by Manica Real Estate LLC.
