Block & Company, Inc., Realtors is proud to announce the recent sale of the La Quinta Inn & Suites located in the parking lot of the Great Mall of the Great Plains at 20570 W. 151st Street in Olathe, KS across from Shawnee Mission Medical Center and Garmin International Headquarters. Champion Hotels purchased the 106 room - three-story hotel which consists of an approximately 58,000 square-foot building that sits on 3.5 acres of land.
