Block & Company, Inc., Realtors recently sold a 62,379 square-foot retail strip center in Owosso, MI for $3,300,000. The Walmart Supercenter shadow anchored center is located at 1561-1695 E. Main Street and is centered in the area's primary retail corridor, off M-21 Highway.

The seller was a Block & Company, Inc., Realtors investment group including two partnerships, Bloomfield 2005, LLC and Metcalf Arlington SPE, LLC. David M. Block and Max DiCarlo of Block & Company, Inc., Realtors represented the seller.
