Block & Company welcomes Larry Larsen & Stefanie Drysdale

Larry Larsen joins Block & Company as a Sales Associate. Prior to joining Block & Company, Larry was with other prestigious commercial real estate companies for 30 years as an Office Property Specialist. He has been involved in over 700 projects with gross considerations of $700 million. He has represented new developments, sales transactions, and leasing assignments, serving both landlord and tenants.

Larry has represented numerous tenants including AT&T, IBM, General Motors, American Express, CitiGroup, Bechtel, Nationwide Insurance, Washington Mutual, Adventis, California Casualty, U.S. Bank, Ameritrade, Verizon, Level III, GE, Prudential Insurance, Yellow Pages, Sedgwick, and CIGNA.

Stefanie Drysdale joins Block & Company as a Sales Associate. She has a background in marketing and advertising, as well as futures trading. Stefanie is a licensed real estate broker in Kansas and Missouri.

She is an active volunteer in several charity organizations from church to animals to music.

Stefanie currently resides in Johnson County with her three sons. She is also a proud mother of a daughter, who is a freshman at W. P. Carey Business School at Arizona State University. She is a dog lover with a 160 lb. Great Dane named Cassius and loves travel, reading, and the arts.
