Block & Company, Inc., Realtors is proud to announce the recent sale of a 2.61 acre pad site in Corbin Park Shopping Center located on the southeast corner of 135th & Metcalf Avenue in Overland Park, Kansas. The land sold for approximately $2 million and will consist of a new 16,500 square foot multi-tenant building with a 6,916 square foot 810 Zone restaurant, a proposed matress store, and and 6,000 square feet of space for lease. Block & Company Construction Management will be begin work on the buildingnext month. Corbin Park Development will have an estimated 10 million shoppers per year, the centers tenants include Scheels (opening soon), JC Penney, Von Maur, Lifetime Fitness, Stein Mart, Sprouts Farmers Market, Kirkland's, Off Broadway, Dress Barn, Ulta, Sears, Corner Bakery, Sleep Number, YaYa's, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, Brew Top Pub & Patio, and many more.
