Block & Company, Inc., Realtors in Kansas City is proud to announce that Best Buy will be relocating their store to Heritage Plaza Shopping Center at 115 N. 76th Street on the northeast corner of 76th & Dodge Street in Omaha, NE. The new 44,327 square foot store will occupy the former Toys 'R Us space in Heritage Plaza and join Buffalo Wild Wings, Chuck E. Cheese's, Charleston's Restaurant, Command Center, and more. Best Buy is scheduled to open 4th quarter 2015.

Heritage Plaza Shopping Center is surrounded by major national retailers such as Nebraska Furniture Mart, Lowes, Sears, Target, Hy Vee, Staples, Pier1, 24 Hour Fitness, and is adjacent to the Crossroads Mall, which is planned for a major redevelopment.

Block & Company, Inc., Realtors developed Heritage Plaza and negotiated the original land purchase with the first owner of Nebraska Furniture Mart, Rose Blumkin (Mrs.B). Block & Company is also responsible for the property management and leasing of Heritage Plaza.
