Block & Company sells Walmart Supercenter anchored center in Mansfield, OH

Block & Company, Inc., Realtors recently sold a 55,316 square-foot retail strip center in Mansfield, OH for $2,925,000. The Walmart Supercenter anchored center is located at 309-351 N. Lexington-Springmill Road, in one of the busiest retail sectors of the region. Other key tenants include Dollar Tree, CATO, and Subway.

David M. Block and Max DiCarlo of Block & Company, Inc., Realtors represented the seller, Bloomfield 2005 LLC and Metcalf Arlington SPE LLC. Block & Company, Inc., Realtors was also the management company for the shopping center.

This will be Block & Company's 6th shopping center sale in the past year of the original 13 center portfolio. Block & Company, Inc., Realtors recently sold five other centers in Decatur, IL, Owosso, MI, Huntington, IN, Jacksonville, IL, and Stugis, MI on behalf of the same ownership group and is currently listing the remaining seven Walmart Supercenter Shadow Anchored centers for sale in five states throughout the Midwest.
