Steven E. Caffey is Chief Operations Officer of Block & Company, Inc., Realtors. As head of Block Asset Management, the property management division of Block & Company, Steve oversees the management activities of commercial properties in excess of 18 million square feet.

Since joining the firm in 1975, Steve has been instrumental in the growth of the property management portfolio. His experience includes representation of major landlords, tenants and developers on the broad range of projects including leasing, marketing, brokerage, management, joint venture, and equity participation.

Steve is Director of the Commercial Property Association of Kansas (CPAK) and the Old Westport Improvement Association. He is a member of the Kansas City (Missouri) and Overland Park (Kansas) Chambers of Commerce. As a former Director of The Southtown Council, a local community neighborhood group, Steve is an active participant in several community projects. He is also a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, Building Owners and Managers Association, and International Council of Shopping Centers.

Steve is a 1968 graduate of Ruskin High School and attended the University of Missouri at Kansas City. He resides in Lee's Summit, Missouri.
