Jeremy Howell joined Block & Company in 2008 as a member of the Block Construction Management team where he is responsible for overseeing multiple new construction projects, new development coordination, new tenant coordination, and assisting in asset/property management projects. He also has been involved in several new tenant starts and ground up new construction projects involving budget management and general contractor coordination.

Prior to joining Block & Company, Jeremy oversaw completion of a $5 million hotel project with a local General Contractor after being in the construction field for over a decade and owning and operating a Mortgage Brokerage for 7 years.

Jeremy is a 1995 graduate of Raymore Peculiar High School, attended the University of Missouri Community College and currently resides in Pleasant Hill, Missouri.
