Coltin Diehl joined Block & Company, Inc., Realtors in March 2022 as an intern and soon thereafter became full time as an Assistant Property Manager while he attended the University of Missouri Kansas City. Diehl was promoted to Property Manager in January 2023. This role includes developing automated versions of various reporting mechanisms and the management of a variety of commercial properties such as commercial strips, multi-family housing, and self-storage facilities.

Diehl holds his Missouri and Kansas real estate licenses and is pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a Finance emphasis from UMKC.
