Greg A. Hoefer began his real estate career in property management with Block & Company in 1984. After 30 years with Kansas City private senior living communities and real estate developer, Tutera Group, Inc., and as a real estate consultant to his current clients, Greg rejoined Block & Company in May 2023 as a Sales Associate licensed in both MO and KS.

Greg's experience in property management, development, construction management, sale and lease negotiations in the Kansas City commercial real estate industry, has allowed him to develop relationships with development professionals, landlords, government officials, large corporations, small business owners, tenants, and team members with a goal of completing the task that benefits all parties involved.

Greg is a graduate of Kansas University and a sports fan of KU and Kansas City teams. He and his wife, Julie, have three sons and grandchildren.

Greg is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking national and state parks and exploring international large cities and small towns.
