Chelsea Gonzales joined Block & Company, Inc., Realtors, in February 2025. She fell in love with real estate after her first job working for a local property management company, and after seven years in the CRE field, she is excited to be back on the management side.

Chelsea holds her real estate license in Kansas and Missouri, has taken courses toward a business administration degree at Metropolitan Community College, and is actively pursuing continued education. She is driven to learn more about the CRE industry and the future of our city by participating in municipal efforts for rezoning or development projects, attending education institutes such as IREM for legal and community updates, or networking groups related to the properties she manages.

Chelsea is from Oxnard, California, but was raised and resides in the Kansas City Metro. When she's not at work, you can find Chelsea chaperoning children to sports or school, enjoying a new restaurant with friends, or attending an event at the Nelson Atkins Museum. She also enjoys rollerblading and pottery classes.
