After retiring from military service as a Lieutenant Colonel, Reuben Pate joined Block & Company in 1985. During his 25 years of military service he served as a Pilot and was primarily involved in Installation/Base Management.

In his position at Block & Company, Reuben has served as a Senior Property Manager, overseeing the work of other property managers while managing over 100,000 square feet of commercial property including retail, medical office, office, and office/warehouse property. Reuben has overseen the development of over 3.5 million square feet of commercial property and is involved in all aspects of the commercial real estate field.

Reuben is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and of Northwest Missouri State University with a Masters of Business Administration. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Fairway Woods Homeowners Association.
