Jody Minder joined Block & Company in 2004 and specializes in the sale and leasing of retail and restaurant properties, along with landlord and tenant representation. Jody began her commercial brokerage career in 1998 at Grubb & Ellis|The Winbury Group (now Colliers) and then at CBRE. Over the past 25 years, she has successfully represented both local and national tenants and landlords throughout the Greater Kansas City area. Jody continues to serve her clients with integrity, accountability, and expertise to help them achieve their goals.

Jody is a licensed real estate broker in Missouri and Kansas, and a current member of the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and Retail Brokers Network. She earned a bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Illinois.

Jody and her husband Wes live in the northland in Kansas City, and are blessed with seven children together. Jody enjoys spending time and traveling with her family, watching her kids play sports, and the KC Chiefs!
