Mark D. McConahay joined Block & Company in 1991 as a leasing and sales agent. With over 15 years experience, Mark has been involved in all facets of the commercial real estate business.

While at Block & Company, Mark has primarily focused on retail, restaurant, and hotel property, as well as tenant representation. He has represented national, regional and local retailers with site selection. Other responsibilities have included representing commercial real estate owners develop, sell and/or lease space and identify and analyze income producing property for purchase.

Mark's clients include Arby's, Best Buy, Caribou Coffee, Glimcher, Government Service Administration, Hallmark, Holiday Inn, Home Depot, Hunt Midwest, Jiffy Lube, Marriott, Movie Gallery, Old Country Buffet, Perkins, Quik Trip, Sherwin Williams, Tharaldson Hotel Company, and many others.

Mark is licensed in both Kansas and Missouri. He is a member of the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors, International Council of Shopping Center, National Association of Realtors and various Chambers of Commerce.

Mark resides in Leawood, Kansas with his wife Kathy and sons, Thomas and David.
