Pam Peterson joined Block & Company in 2004. Pam specializes in Shopping Center Development, Hospitality and Retail Leasing including Tenant and Landlord Representation.

Before joining Block & Company, Pam worked at CB Richard Ellis for 5 years. She started in the Industrial Real Estate market moving to the Retail Market during her third year. Before moving to Kansas City she also worked as a leasing/sales agent and managed over 500,000 square feet of office space in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Since joining Block & Company, Pam has become a strong tenant representative, working with local and national clients. Pam also works as a leasing / sales agent for many retail shopping centers and has completed several hospitality deals.

Pam is a licensed real estate salesperson in both Kansas and Missouri and works actively in both markets.

Pam graduated from Melbeta Public School in Melbeta, Nebraska and attended Nebraska Junior College on a Basketball Scholarship. Pam resides in Shawnee, Kansas with her husband Dave.
