Anthony "Tony" J. DeTommaso joined Block & Company, in 1996. Tony's focus and expertise is shopping center development, leasing, tenant representation and investment sales.

He is a graduate of Emporia State University and a member of the Metropolitan Kansas City Board of Realtors, the Missouri Association of Realtors (MAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Tony comes to Block & Company with over 20 years of executive experience in retail sales, management and ownership.

Tony represents landlords and has negotiated leases for over 750,000 square feet of shopping center space. Tony also specializes in tenant representation and has been very successful working with various local companies, franchisees and national companies such as: Bank of America, KMart and Radio Shack. Tony is a shopping center developer and at the same time continues his relationships with other developers as a site selector and represents them on land acquisitions for big box tenants. Tony also represents buyers and sellers in investment sales. He has closed on a total of approximately $55,000,000 of investment property.
