Block & Company brings three new MOD Pizza locations to the Greater Kansas City Metro

MOD Pizza recently leased three approximately 3,000 square foot locations in the Greater Kansas City Area. The new restaurants will be located at 1937 Foxwood Drive in Raymore, Missouri; 5315 NE Antioch Road in North Kansas City, Missouri; and 1112 NE Coronado Drive in Blue Springs, Missouri. David M. Block and Mark McConahay of Block & Company, Inc., Realtors negotiated the lease transactions on behalf of the tenant, MOD Pizza.

in 20 states, including Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin, as well as five locations in the UK.
