The buyer purchased the land for $1,450,000 and will be developing the property into a single family home subdivision. The site is located in a swiftly developing suburban neighborhood with superior accessibility and strong demographics less than one mile from K-7 Highway in Northern Johnson County, Kansas - one of the fastest growing suburbs in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area.
