The 2,887 square-foot Shell Gas Station/Convenience Store located at 7770 W. 199th Street in Stilwell, Kansas was recently purchased as a triple net lease investment by Arshad Mahmood for $1,150,000. The property is located on a 2.37 acre lot on the northeast corner of 69 Highway and 199th Street in a strong growth area of Stilwell, Kansas, which is a suburb of Greater Kansas City.
