Block & Company, Inc., Realtors headed investment groups, one out of Kansas City and the other out of Chicago recently acquired the net leased Sonic restaurant at 10701 Roe Avenue in Overland Park, Kansas. The 1,434 square foot freestanding restaurant building sits on .83 acres and is ideally located on the north east quadrant of I-435 & Roe Avenue, one of the highest traffic intersections in the region.
Block & Company will be managing the property and also manages the McLain's Market across the street.
