Block & Company, Inc., Realtors kicks off their 2021 sales goals with the acquisition of the real estate of Dickey's Barbecue Pit located at 600 S. 291 Highway in Liberty, Missouri - one of the fastest growing areas in the Kansas City Metro Area. The net lease investment purchase is just the first of many more acquisitions Block & Company has planned in 2021.
The 2,685 square foot freestanding building sits on approximately one acre and is just south of Liberty Traingle on 291 Highway. The restaurant is surrounded by numerous households and millions of square feet of retail.
Block & Company will be the property management company for the Dickey's Barbecue Pit.
