Block & Company, Inc., Realtors recently negotiated a long term net lease with Going, Going, Gone! by Dick's Sporting Goods. The Dick's off-price new concept will occupy the approximately 48,000 square foot former Best Buy located at 11750 S. Strang Line Road on the northeast corner of I-35 & 119th Street in Olathe, Kansas. The site is surrounded by 1.5 million square feet of national retailers and restaurants including Home Depot, Super Target, Whole Foods, Bed Bath & Beyond, AMC Theaters, and many others.
According to Dick's, Going, Going, Gone! will offer surprising deals on unique finds in footwear and apparel from the brands customers have enjoyed shopping for at Dick's Sporting Goods for years.
