Block & Company, Inc., Realtors based out of Kansas City, Missouri successfully completed the 1031 exchange sale of a Slim Chickens location for approximately $2.97 million. The Slim Chickens restaurant is located at 1400 SE Eagle Way in Little Flock, Arkansas, a suburb of Bentonville.
